Cargill coaching services are customized and completely individualized. As one of Cargill Consulting Group's coaching clients, you will have access to my entire library of sales, sales management, marketing, and executive sales management training material.

In between our phone coaching sessions, I will direct you to complete specific lessons online. I am then available to you by phone to help you implement these issues.

I have learned that training by itself does not produce permanent or measurable results. As a matter of fact, training only has a half-life of 5.1 weeks. However, when that training is combined with intense and focused coaching, the impact increases by 338%!

In addition to the Cargill library of prerecorded sessions, you will have access to your own individual coaching performance improvement system. T his web-based system enables us to build a flight plan for your progress ñ from where you are to where you want to be. Once that "flight plan" is constructed, we will load it into your accountability system. You and I will then be able to access that, as needed, to make sure that progress is consistent, focused and aimed in the direction you want to pursue.
